When we are called to the floor instead of sorting or cleaning a significant back up in dishes, this can be very frustrating. This would be fine if we were short handed on the floor. Not only is there that aspect, but said manager(s) will often criticize employees, such as telling individuals to go do a certain task, even if we have 3 or more people already doing the exact same thing. On top of this, I have information from many reliable sources that reveal my lack of scheduling is directly related to any manager(s) dislike for me, which is unacceptable. I was told i could be working 30+ hour weeks, but have been doing ~15-20 since employment. my availability is quite open, but since employment i have been only scheduled on select few days. Several times i have been approached by others with reports of conversations like that. A select few managers have openly discussed their dislike of fellow employees, saying things along the lines of "i like them as a person but not as a co worker" and more. But in many cases, one spot of mold on some bread ruins the batch. Several of the managers are flipping amazing! Theyre friendly, understanding, personable, and they legitimately care about how you are doing in life. That said, im not going to stay quiet when something needs change. I hate leaving bad/negative reviews or comments, especially when the issue is caused by a select few individuals. Overall its been a positive employment, but as the title of this review suggests, management needs some tweaking. Good pay, friendly co workers, paid time off, etc. ![]()
